DAREarts is pleased to announce two new well-known Canadians as DAREarts Champion Mentors. Champion Mentors lend their name and time to DAREarts as role models and mentors to inspire vulnerable Canadian youth to rise above external limitations and become leaders. Jeanne Beker and Alexander Neef have recently accepted our invitation to be Mentors for DAREarts.
Jeanne Beker was born in Toronto and began her career in show business at the early age of 16. Her life since then has always involved the arts through theatre, literature and fashion. She is a Canadian television personality, an author and newspaper columnist, who covers fashion and lifestyle news for CTV, FashionTelevisionChannel, and the Toronto Star. Jeanne is a mother of two daughters and is one of the most iconic and influential women in the fashion industry both here in Canada and around the world.
